–Shiitake in Olive oil:
Oak-grown baby shiitake mushroom, lightly steamed and preserved in unfiltered extra virgin olive oil (Arbequina variety) with a light touch of star anise. Ingredients: Shiitake mushroom 70%, extra virgin olive oil 30%, star anise and salt.

–Marinade Shiitake:
Baby oak shiitake mushroom fried in a wok and pickled in a gentle cooking of white wine (Airén variety), apple vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with carrot and onion. Ingredients:Shiitake 40%, onion 17%, carrot 10%, extra virgin olive oil 20%, white wine, apple vinegar, black pepper, bay leaf, panela sugar and salt.

–Paté of shiitake:
Shiitake mushroom vegetable pâté. Creamy texture and intense shiitake flavour.
Made in our own kitchen in Cabranes. Ingredients: Shiitake mushroom 60%, onion and leek 20%, olive oil, sunflower seeds, white wine, salt and pepper.
