HOW TO TAKE:
Leave 20 seconds under the tongue to be absorbed sublingually in the first phase of digestion or if preferred, dilute in a finger of water, leaving 20 seconds in the mouth.
We recommend taking 1ml (20 drops) in the evening/night and 1ml (20 drops) before bedtime.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Reishi is known to be a hypotensive. It may lower blood pressure. Consult a doctor if in doubt or undergoing medical treatment.
