On-line shopping
Select the products you want to buy by clicking on the ADD TO CART button and they will be added to your shopping cart. When you have finished the selection and you want to make the payment, click on the cart at the top and fill in the requested data on the FINISH PURCHASE page.
All prices shown on our website include VAT.

To speed up delivery, once the deposit/transfer has been made, please send us the proof of payment by email to info@funginatur.com indicating the buyer’s name and surname and order number.
As soon as the payment receipt has been received, or, failing that, as soon as the amount has been received in our account, the order will be packed and shipped.

Deliveries will be made via courier company 1/5days depending on destination.
Delivery times:
Delivery times will vary between 1 and 5 working days, and we will not be held responsible in the event that the carrier exceeds the initially estimated delivery time.
Fungi natur will inform the customer when the package is sent by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the suitability of the products delivered with respect to the order placed. Any complaint relating to the nature or specifications of the products must be made within 72 hours of delivery at the latest. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays will not be delivered and are counted as non-business days. In the event of any damage during transport (damage to the packaging), we recommend that you photograph the unopened package and send these photos to info@funginatur.com so that we can make the appropriate claims.
Exchanges
Defective goods:
In case the goods arrive damaged or defective, the customer must contact us by phone to solve the problem within 24 hours after receipt of the shipment. Replaced goods will be sent back to the customer carriage paid.
Incorrect delivery:
If the products received do not correspond to your order we will deliver the correct ones free of charge.
If the change is due to an error on the part of the customer (error when placing the order), the customer will have to pay the shipping costs.
To accept a return, both the product and the packaging must be in perfect condition and with all the original contents untouched. A copy of the invoice must also be included in the shipment.
Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 72 working hours from the day you receive the products. To do this we only ask that you notify us in writing by e-mail to info@funginatur.com indicating the data necessary to locate the purchase. Or if you prefer you can call us by phone and we will take care of your return.
