Baby shiitake mushroom grown in oak, lightly steamed and preserved in unfiltered extra virgin olive oil (Arbequina variety) with a light touch of star anise.
Made in our own workshop in Cabranes.

Recommendations for use:
Ready-to-eat food. Ideal for direct use (drained) in rice, pasta, sautéed vegetables, or as a garnish for meat and fish.
Best before 6 months. Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume preferably within 5 days.
