High quality natural beeswax beads.
We recommend sealing the inoculation holes with melted beeswax to preserve the mycelium from other contaminating fungi and to prevent it from getting wet in the rain.
As it is a natural product, it does not interfere with the development of the mycelium nor does it contribute chemical contaminants to the mushrooms as happens with paraffin waxes.
Apply molten wax, not too hot, with a brush or sponge applicator, just enough to cover the inoculated hole.
It is also advisable to apply to cuts or tears in the bark.
