Simple and delicious recipe to enjoy the tastiest shiitake in 5 minutes.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 250gr of organic oak shiitake
- Soy sauce (2 tablespoons)
- Olive oil (1 tbsp)
- Sesame oil (2 tablespoons)
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
Heat a wok or large frying pan over high heat until very hot.
Add the coarsely chopped shiitake, or whole if they are small.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes over very high heat until lightly toasted.
Lower the heat and add the soy sauce and the previously mixed sesame oil; stir everything quickly for 1 min and pour into a dish immediately and season with salt and pepper.
