Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 250gr of organic oak Shiitake.
- 200gr of Fabes de mayo or green beans in oil.
- 200gr of Soba noodles.
- Black pepper.
- Olive oil.
- Edible flowers or parsley for garnish.
Preparation
Cut the shiitake into large pieces and sauté for 5 minutes over high heat in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the fabes or green beans and sauté for another 5 minutes. Add ground black pepper and set aside.
Meanwhile, boil the soba noodles according to the package recommendations.
Drain the pasta and add the sautéed mushrooms and green beans.
Add a drizzle of olive oil and some fresh herbs or edible flowers for garnish.
