It can be included in a multitude of dishes and its preparation, in order to appreciate its flavour and texture, it is preferable that it is gently cooked, delicious sautéed, or also included in soups or other stews.

Maitake contains grifolan, a beta-carotene polysaccharide capable of blocking the reproduction of cancer cells and strengthening the immune system.
It is rich in protein and vitamin D among others.
The easiest way to bake it is in the oven. You don’t have to wash it, just add a little oil, salt and a pinch of black pepper. Just 10 to 15 minutes at 160-180 ºC is enough to keep its crunchy and firm texture.
