You will be amazed with this recipe, the flavour of baked maitake is… puff…. amazing!
- 250g of Maitake
For the sauce
- 100ml extra virgin olive oil
- 20ml soy sauce
- Black pepper
- Dijon mustard (one tablespoon)
- Modena or sherry vinegar (two tablespoons)
- 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- A sprig of parsley
Very easy, put the maitake on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 150º 40min.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl to make a sauce with which we will season the maitake in the oven every 15 minutes.
