Surprise with this quick appetizer of marinated shiitake.
Ingredients for 2-3 people
- 250gr of organic oak shiitake
- 50ml of extra virgin olive oil
- 50ml rice vinegar
- 30ml soy sauce (best Japanese)
- Cut the shiitakes into thin slices and place them in a bowl.
- Add the oil, vinegar and soy sauce and stir so that all the mushrooms get wet.
- Leave in the fridge covered for 1 hour.
- Simply serve in a deep dish and add some toasted sesame seeds on top.
